We’ve set up base camp in Kansas City. Heading out to the local workforce office in a few minutes. Apparently the Folger’s coffee brewing plant downtown is set to close soon and a bunch of folks have already been laid off so we’re hoping to connect with someone there.

If anyone has any ideas for folks we should talk with in this neck of the woods give us a shout, please. Only here for a couple of days before moving on.

And check out the latest video of Sue Whetten. She’s an amazing person who used to work at the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens before relocating about 40 miles south to Fort Collins, CO. She is the perfect example of someone who lost her dream job. It’s clear that she really loved it. And that she was very good at it.
